The Service is a free search tool that helps people find adoptable dogs and cats from independent rescue organizations across the United States. We do not house animals, process adoptions, or handle payments of any kind.

Animal listings displayed on the Service are sourced from RescueGroups.org and the individual rescue organizations that post them. We do not independently verify the accuracy of any listing. Adoption inquiries go directly to the rescue organization; we are not a party to any adoption transaction.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular animal listing is accurate, current, or available for adoption.
